How to play Minecraft – Pocket Edition?

1. Get Minecraft Pocket Edition

Go to your app store and buy the app which costs around seven dollars. Open the app and click on the play button to start. Next, you have to click “New” to perform various initial tasks like naming your world, entering a world seed. However, these things are not necessary to do.

2. Selection of game mode

Minecraft: Pocket Edition comes up with two methods to play:

Creative mode: In this mode, you can get plenty of resources that you need to start creating. You can use the infinite number of wooden pieces, glass and stone bricks, and many other items.

Survival mode: In survival mode, you have an empty inventory, and you have to start earning to get various items. In this mode monster, zombies and spiders can attack you.

Select the appropriate mode you can efficiently play. For beginners, it is best to choose the creative mode as it is comparatively easy. Then click “Generate World” option.

3. Control your game

Control your game using a D-pad on the screen. D-pad consists of five buttons which help you to move forward, backward, up and down. To crouch, press button at the center twice. Press circle on the right once to make a jump. Moreover, in creative mode, to fly, click the ring towards the right side double.

4. Break blocks

If you want to break bricks, press the block you want to break and hold it for few seconds. In survival mode, you need tools to break blocks whereas in creative mode you frequently need to break blocks.

If you want to put your blocks into the inventory, then press three dots “…” at the bottom of your game screen.

5. How to exit?

If you want to exit game click on “X.”

Tricks

Hide at night time- at night time; you are more vulnerable to zombies, monsters, and spiders. Therefore it is always suggested to not to be out at night. At the beginning of the game when you don’t have your own house to hide, dig a hole in a hill.

Craft- craft more items to create a crafting table which is the need for the game. Moreover, crafting will fill your inventory with plenty of items.
